What is the cheapest way to name a new driver on my policy aged 24 who has just passed his test

Hi dgc, and welcome to the forum.

Whichever way you look at it, adding a new driver who's male and under 25 is going to be expensive! If the new driver does a Pass Plus test, it might help in lowering the cost a bit...
