Hi Bigdk88,
You can find a list of "bad credit rating" credit cards here: http://www.money.co.uk/credit-cards/bad-credit-credit-cards.htm
However, these can be quite expensive to use especially if you will be carrying a balance over each month rather than paying it off in full every time you get your statement.
You might like to have a read of this guide: https://my.money.co.uk/guides/guide-details.htm#id=7640 it runs through your different borrowing options if you have a bad credit rating.
I used to work for a debt recovery agency no names mentioned but it was a big one and by far the worst was Capital one - as one advisor used to say "they will give cards to just about anyone and rely on us then to try and get the money back".
I believe like most companies they have tried to fall in line after the credit disaster and are now vetting people a bit better but its worth a go , my pal who has been unemployed for 10 years managed to get one!
