Wanting to pay off credit card with another credit card with lower interest rate

I have a bank of scotland credit card with 25.9% APR and wanting to pay it off by getting either a loan or another credit card with a lower interest & APR rate.

You will need to apply for either a 0% or life time low rate Balance Transfer card.
