hi deb7 welcome to the forum.
You can do what you are proposing, but Why do you want to withdraw from the Stocks & Shares ISA? Any particular reason?

by HSP, 3 months ago

The reason i was going to withdrawal is so i can have easy access, and just incase the stock & Shares crash and i lose everything.

So why did you invest in Stocks & Shares ISA in the first place? What was your reasoning behind it?

by HSP, 3 months ago

You can, but you will lose the tax benefit, and it will be treated as a new ISA. You can only open one new cash ISA each year, so if you have aleady done this you will need to wait until the next tax year to put the money in, and then you will be limited to that year's limit
