What is the best pre paid us dollar card to go for. On holiday in 3 weeks time for 10 day trip to Florida.

1. Caxton Dollar Card (I use this for USA trips)
2. FairFX - Heard good things
3. MyTravel - low fees.
Compare the exchange rates with each though as this is what is crucial. Cards can take up to 10 days to arrive once you apply
