Even in the good years of mortgage lending, it was not easy to obtain a mortgage for self employed unless you had 3 years accounts or you went for the cheating mortgage.
Lol HSP, the 'cheating mortgage', guess that's a valid name for self-vertification!
You might get away with two if its a low percentage advance, but given that its early days for you as self employed, would it really be wise to commit to a mortgage when you don't know what your income will be?
