I am 59 years. Can I get a 10 to 15 year mortgage?

I have a flat. Estimated value of property = ?110,000. Outstanding mortgage = ?52,000

I want to reduce me monthly payments increasing the number of years to between 10 to 15 years.

Hi philip724 and welcome to the forum.

As the previous answer, a decent FSA registered mortgage advisor will give you a definitive view here and no one can give you that on here as such advice needs to be preceded with a full fact find by law.

However, it will all depend on your current income and proven income into retirement I suggest.
