whats the lowest interest prepaid card? and is there a monthly statement like regular bank statement?

prepaid cards dont usually send paper statements but can print off your transactions for you - some charge for this and some dont. Fees do vary and it depends on what your spending pattern is as to which one to go for...what is important is that you get value out of it... how often are you going to use it, and for what purpose?
