Depends how long you want to leave the savings in and whether you are happy to leave the savings untouched and the base amount you deposit and keep saved.
The Nationwide and AA recently had 3.2% but there are others that give slightly more if you are willing to leave the cash untouched!
The AA account was instant access anytime but nationwide only allowed one withdrawal a year!
