Hi cad197, and welcome to the forum.
The basic answer is yes, but driving around and parking in most UK cities could be decidedly tricky in a large motorhome. If you're from outside the UK, you may not be aware of how narrow many of the streets and traffic lanes are in UK cities. Central London in particular would be very difficult. It would make more sense to park on the outskirts of most UK cities and then take public transport into the city itself. Park and Ride facilities might prove to be useful, as they tend to have larger parking spaces and the buses leave and return from the car parks.
Parking itself could be difficult, as many city car parks have relatively small spaces and underground or multi-storey car parks may have restrictions on motorhomes. They often have vehicle height restrictions too, which are enforced by an overhead barrier.
I would think for better and more definitive advice on this, it might be an idea to contact UK motorhome user clubs and forums, as subscribers to these would be able to advise you far better than most people on here.
