Where can I buy a galvanised large old fashioned outside bin with lid attached on the overhead handle.

I can't visualise this at all instinct, sorry. I bought some foam covered ties that are about three foot long from the pound shop that I thread through the handles on the sides of the bin and through the lid handle and that does the job well - plenty strong enough to lift the bin with (if only I were!!)
