Why would you arrange a wedding to someone who might not turn up?? If you're not convinced he'll be there it's clearly not a good idea to be contemplating marriage!!
From your name, malcolm19, I guess you're the groom rather than the bride.
Are you contemplating an insurance fraud, or are you just trying to wind us all up and have a laugh at our expense?
Oops, hadn't ntoiced the name Feline
Never mind at least he gave you a laugh.
Quite funny actually.
Are you taking out an Insurance covering yourself not turning up or what malcolm? All sounds a bit odd.
Hi malcolm, and welcome to the forum.
Assuming this IS a serious question, you would have to ask the insurers, as wedding insurance cover varies.
This is an interesting question and I wasn't actually aware that wedding insurance existed ( well I haven't done it since 1980 .... so a tad out of practice.
From what I have read however, I understand that it's the service providers that may insist on wedding insurance prior to accepting your booking as they could sorely lose out should the event be cancelled for some reason.
I assume that you are not the groom but an interested party?
I had a friend once that always pontificated that the groom or bride turning up on the day was always a 50/50 chance ... either he/she did or he/she didn't!
