i think you have a good case if it was paid by credit card -try talking to your lender for advise -if they want to keep your custom they may get invoved. mick10

I was given to understand if your purchase was over ?100 your protected by your credit card.....even if you purchase abroad...

Hope you got this sorted but if not, I did the same thing but I purchased on my debt card and after 30 days after I tried to make contact with La Senza with no luck my bank credited me the money back. Its worth a try with your credit card - Good Luck ! x
