Does anyone have contact details for a senior person in Virgin Mobile? Or advice as to how to proceed when complaint has failed?

by , 4 months agoOpen Question

Virgin Media have placed a negative entry about me with the credit reference agency Equifax. They have agreed they are in the wrong and have said they will put it right but haven't done. They are in breach of their own complaints policy and refuse to give me phone or email contact details for the person dealing with it.

Hi karen, and welcome to the forum.

You need to allow Virgin 8 weeks to resolve your complaint. If your complaint hasn't been resolved at the end of the 8 weeks, you can take your complaint up with Ofcom. These two sites should be of some help to you...
