In the cartoon, Dastardly and Muttley, was the character Glunk influenced by Tourretes Syndrome? Steveb2020.

I saw the documentary on Ch4 last week about a girl in London we Tourretes and imediatly thought about Glunk out of the cartoon- Dastardly and Muttley(stop the pigeon) and I couldn't help but think that someone at Hanna - Barbera(I think thats the correct name for the makers of the cartoon), formed the character and somehow it was influenced by this very strange illness/syndrome. Anyone out there with any thoughts on the matter, funny or otherwise...lols.
