I put them in the recycling bin when they are empty and the dustbin kindly take them away.
I usually get a great bargain on the Internet when I buy them that it's as cheap as going and having them filled up again.
Hi instinct, Oxfam will take Lexmark, HP and Dell ink cartridges, but if it's more than 30, call them for a courier collection.
Details of all this are here...
Depending on the type, you can 'cash-in' some of them, and get some money back. You could also have them refilled professionally, or do it yourself. Or as others have said, recycle them :)
Hi yummymummy, do you know who pays a decent amount for them? I've got a bag full of empty Epson ones, and my local Cartridge World shop won't pay out a penny for them.
We just used to do an online search for something like 'cash in printer cartridges' and then see what we could get. Some of the companies used to have a freepost address to send them off to. But you have to check the model number to see if you will get anything - our rubbish HP printer cartridges weren't worth anything at all :( Am hoping my new kodak printer may prove more fruitful!
But not got any companies to recommend sadly fruitcake :( Just a case of having a look I think to see if it is worth it.
Ok, thanks, yummy, I do search the net for a good payback on them from time to time, but just thought you might have known of a good one! :-)
Thankyou for that yummymummy.

Where do you get yours on the net, Sabre? I'm looking for reasonably priced Epson ones.
