... for her with her putting the deposit down on a house. The house has now been rented out for the last 4 years and I am now looking to put the house back into my daughter's name. Can you tell me the best way to do this please?

The mortgage is currently a buy to let mortgage and the property is rented out for £525. I thought we may be able to do this by way of transfer of equity but this is proving to not be the case.
