Well the simple answer to that is, did you apply to any of them for a loan, and do you recognise any of the company's names and phone numbers?
If you don't, then basically you don't call them as they'll probably be a scam, and on top of which you'll be paying through the nose on the phone numbers from them, you've rung!
Sounds like a simple commercial 'number crunching' spam text. If they send out enough, by the law of averages some people will respond, even though they have never made any due application to the company.
As Seaspray has said, if you haven't actually applied for a loan, then this is just a simple spam text. Frankly, I wouldn't touch any business sent to me by a spam text, unless it was a company I had been dealing with for years.
