Complaints to the Financial Ombudsman have soared and increased by 24pc during the third quarter of 2011. So never fear to complain and think positive.
Totally let down and will never use them again. I think my problems
with them go too far back now. I should have complained year's ago and that is my own fault in a way but I suppose I know far more now about finance than I did then and would do things totally differently.
I will never in my life time recover the money I have lost.
