Could anyone advise where to find a policy which would cover my 4 year old which would allow her to participate athletics.

Her four elder siblings participate but she is excluded due to her age
although she has observed them for two years and is very capable. The atletics club insurance covers from five years plus but they willing to allow participation if the individual under five years has insurance..Thanks in anticipation of expert advice as she is very sad about her exclusion !!

You could try this YouthGuard policy from sportscoverdirect.com, they don't state a minimum age, and they cover for athletics...
