Our dog had health issues when she was first born. They may come back. Will she be covered if they do?

She was referred to the Dick Vet Hospital, Edinburgh. It was a difficult diagnosis and the claim forms had 2 different illnesses written on them. I want to change insurer but would need to know if they come back we would be covered.
