Has anyone been to Glastonbury when the mud and rain was in abundance and did you really enjoy the experience? My son went last year but was lucky (as usual) to have sunshine. I can't think of anything worse then a lot of thick mud and pouring rain and bedlam but there again as the "kids" say "your getting old Mum". I like my home comforts too much - Sabre
Hi Sabre, I live about 20 miles from Glastonbury, but there is no way I would go gadding about in all that mud!!
Last year was unusual, and I kind of wish I'd gone, but it almost always rains on Glasto weekend. I'm like you, and like my home comforts too much, so despite Glasto being on my doorstep, it's the sofa and watching it on tv for me! :-)
