co. received goods b4 they went into liquidation and b4 I recived refund
Hi bege and welcome.
As long as the amount that you paid towards the furniture was above £100 then yes you are covered by the credit card provider for the full amount. My advice would be to first contact the company you bought the furniture from and take it up with them. it that fails, then get in touch with your card provider and get them to stump up for the refund.
Hope this helps =]
Hi bege and welcome to the forum.
Your question is a little unclear but are you stating that you are rejecting the goods for some reason and therefore wish to return them or have returned them? It seems that the company no longer exist to negotiate with so perhaps you need to be talking to the liquidators that dealt with this matter as they will be taking creditor's concerns on board. You may or may not have a claim but more importantly there may be no assets to base your claim on. You should also be talking to your credit card company about exactly the same situation and see what they say.
