Hi A-T-R-M, and welcome to the forum.
Hair colourants for home use are generally ok for all types of hair, but I would suggest you contact Clairol for specific advice.
Also, have a look at these user reviews of Nice 'n' Easy Foam first, most of them are not good...
If you're worried I'm perhaps do a strand test first just in case.

What does that mean?
Ah just saw the other post!
Never mind little-p I recommend Dove shampoo for everything especially the conditioner its the only one that gets my goatee nice and soft.
I used it recently and it give a good colour, but I found it really awkward. You cannot foam it straight onto your hair (or so it says), but you have to squeeze the bottle and the foam comes out and you are then supposed to rub it between your hands and then put it on your hair?????!!!! So with two hands covered in dye, trying to again squeeze the bottle was ridiculous as it kept sliding out of my hand. I have tried the other foam ones and they are proper pumps, but this is not a pump just a plastic bottle you have to squeeze. Hope this helps.
As already suggested you should do a strand test, a patch test is a good idea too but there are better makes on the market. This one's far from nice or easy! The end result was good but it was like tar to look at & awkward to use, I won't be choosing this make again!
