Not exactly sure what you want to know here but assuming that you are receiving your tax allowance on your main £13000 pa job, then your second job will have no tax allowance and as such the whole lot will be taxed at the basic rate. Obviously you will have to declare both jobs to HMRC for tax credit purposes and that should also decrease in line. This is my understanding of the situation.
