Hi Munch and welcome to Money.co.uk
Your debut question is a little brief but I gather you bought an annual travel insurance and have simply lost the policy document with unexpired cover remaining on it?
Your only option is to apply to the company to send you a duplicate ( although there may be a charge for this ). If you have no reference to the company concerned, then trace it back to where and how you bought the cover. On Line or through an agent? There has to be some way to trace the provider here. Did you pay by debt or credit card or packaged within a booking for something else? You will have to search for clues I am afraid.
