I have used Ciao in the past for product reviews and I believe they still pay for reviews on products etc. I don't know of anywhere that pays you for website reviews though.
What sort of ideas were you thinking? For saving money, or paerhaps new business ideas? If the latter, I think the idea is the easy part - making it happen is the tough bit.
