If you like deals try www.GROUPON.co.uk - they offer great deals every day in your town, once they have reached a certain ammount of people. Love the premise of the idea though I've not actually taken them up on a deal yet, as my nearest town is a bit to far away, but it might be useful to you guys...
I keep an eye on these too. It's worth searching through all the towns as they tend to do non-location specific deals quite frequently too so you can take advantage even if you don't actually live nearby.
I signed up several weeks ago on another members recommendation. Although I registered for my nearest city I have yet to receive an offer there and they have all been for Manchester which is too far to travel really to take advantage of them and as a result have just unsubscribed this morning because you do get inundated with emails.
Yes i have used them got a great deal on photo book should be £35.00 got the voucher for £5.00
I meant to sign up for that one but forgot about it!
it is worth getting the emails they have some great offers
Some of these sites aren't too bad. I have used one or two before, but I find that most of the time the deals are not really suitable for me. There are some that I've seen which cost over a thousand pound!! But I suppose, if you're after it and it's available on there, it will be a very competitive, cheap price.
Definitely, pebbles. I have signed up to several of them: KGB deals, Wahanda (this one is for spa and health and beauty only deals), Keynoir (this one is for more up-market places and experiences), Groupola, Wowcher, Crowdity, etc. There are loads around.
I am finding myself using a voucher from one of these places at least once a week, either to eat out or to use for bootcamp sessions in the park, to get DVD rentals cheaply, haircut, facial, anything and everything really.
They also are great to buy as presents for friends and family. The savings are amazing!
I think I am lucky because the deals in London are daily, very varied and great value, not sure how good they are for other cities, although some of these companies run the offers for loads of different cities in the UK.
In any case, if you are dubious as to how good these deals are, if you will have any problems using the vouchers, etc, don't hesitate, give it a go, it is worth it!
