No, I nearly did but couldn't see that it was going to pay enough to warrant theeffort. The payments are very small.
I am part of TNS UK and do all sorts of visits. The pay isn't amazing but I do get paid for my time. The bonus is, they pay your assessor fee, plus mileage, and will then reimburse you for your products bought.
I have received several invites lately, but I didn't get it in the end. They can be snapped up quite quickly, and then there can be quite a lot of documentation to get through in order to qualify for those that are still available.
A lot of work for very little reward.
I think it is for people with a lot of time in their hands that wouldn't mind having to spend an afternoon doing something that they may not particularly enjoy.
I just started a discussion on this - think I thought I was in questions, oh well. Yes, I did this for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I had to ask a lot of questions, from a lot of people, and I am never that needy when I shop. I am 99% sure they were on high alert for mystery shoppers and guessed that I was one - that said, I feel like I questioned half the store, so am not sure they really could have missed me anyway. I'm not sure, I'll see if I get asked back, and try it a few more times if so. I didn't particularly enjoy it, but I was quite nervous, so that would have had a negative impact. It will be interesting to see, next March when I'm completing the tax form, whether I think it is worth it or not. I like the idea of a little bit of extra cash...
