What are the best options for a pay as you go sim for my iphone?

I make very few texts each month and not many calls. It's mainly data really.

First thing make sure your phone is open to any network. Tesco offer a good option where if you top up so much a month they treble your credit.
I would concur that Tesco is the best option for pay as go sim.
O2 have a 'simplicity' price plan starting from £5 per month. £10 per month will get you unlimited texts and 500mb of web browsing.
