I've just been offered 81% off Stawberry Laser Lipo!!!! Anyone else been offered anything that's sounds crazy?
I have signed up to them and many other similar sites and have purchased loads of deals from them (from detox food packages to bootcamp sessions to spa related deals and eating out ones, etc) and I can tell you they are well worth it. I have never had a problem with them and they are worth every penny! :)
What the heck is that? Is that a money saver for you - if so, it's a pretty good saving!! I believe that Groupon is a money-saving collective buying scheme - is that right? do you have any say in what is offered?
Apparently it's non invasive treatment that gets rid of inches, eye bags and stretch marks!
haha, that's hilarious. Did you go for it?? If not, how many people did??
In response to Sidesalad's answer, that is correct, they do bulk buys so that they can save you money when selling on an individual basis. There are loads of sites like this out there, getting the good ones is crucial.
Ooh - I think I need/want that treatment (all of it!!)
Am still not sure but i think involves non-invasive fat removal!!
Never even heard of it but will be having a look, what do they do? Offer you localized discounts?
Have you not? They are good, on occasion! You can basically sign up to the page which is the most local to you. For instance, on mine I have two seperate emails from them on the same day which gives me the offer localised to my home town, and another localised to my uni town.
Defintaley worth a check out!! But you may have to wait a while for something really good to turn up, but they do, eventually.
thanks - Going to have a look at it later.
It is supposed to be localized but the majority of the offers I am receiving are for places in Manchester and whilst it is not that far away I wouldn't go out of my way to go there.
I've been with them for ages. Only bought one before and that was for a dining card which gave me half price meals at places. However, there are loads on these sites which are so random I can't believe they've been thought up!! Some were for full body waxing, face lifts. I even had one come through that was asking for nearly £300 instead of over a thousand pounds for hair removal treatment!!
You ever bought anything from them??
I keep getting the beauty treatment offers, how rude as if I need them.
aha, well you never know!! =P. Like I say, Why do I want blo*dy waxing?! There have been some for brazilian waxes... I mean, steps too far??
It's not a step too far if you were after a cheap Brazilian :)
Well yes I suppose... I just wish they'd be a bit more selective when sending out offers. I don't want to be offered a spa day out or a discounted manicure!! =)
Ive never heard of this site but you have got my attention I will be having a quick scan of it.
Don't bother it's not that great.
I think it is brilliant! And got many good deals.
I to have used them and had many good offers from them
Yup nearly bought the photobox deal last Sunday think it was! Groupon is great. £8 instead of £30 something.
You can get good deals with photobox fairly regularly without signing up to Groupon.
Oh thanks I must look out. I have had pics taken for a present for my mother. They are good quality but the costs pf prints are high as are costs for supplying on CD, to my mobile and for use on social networking sites. So I am trying to figure out the best way to get the most from the photographer at the cheapset price so that I can then get prints etc cheaper elsewhere.
I also thought that was the one and only deal that has been of any interest since I signed up.
There are two companies with similar sounding names Groupola.com and Groupon.co.uk, I get daily deals from both. As of yet I have never bought anything from either but will if I see something I really want.
i signed up but i get a lot of spam so i never look at them
I signed up with Groupon and all the offers have been rubbish. The first one I received was for a local restaurant which I know is not very good. All the others have been for expensive spa treatments that are still expensive even with the discount, wish I hadn't bothered.
Yes I signed up following a recommendation from another member (who shall remain nameless) and have been bombarded with emails at least twice a day since!! Most of them are for beauty treatments of which I have no real interest in and meals in restaurants in Manchester. The only good offer I have seen was yesterday when they were offering a £30 photobox album for £8. Probably not a bad idea if you truly are a lady of leisure and have time and money to spend on several beauty treatments and meals out each week.
Yes, I signed up and I have signed up to a couple of other similar sites, but I am just sussing them out at the moment...

I agree. My friend bought the deal at Amuse Bouche (London) last week £16 for meal for two with a bottle of wine. Excellent value cos it's not cheap.
Amuse Bouche? I bought an eating out deal last week for £16 last week but not sure if it was this one. I bought quite a few deals last week! :S
I just got a brill deal - £146 worth of hair styling, colouring and head massage for £39 (73% off) - very pleased! Have needed my hair doing for ages!!!
yeah, I saw this deal too, there are brilliant hairdressing deals on these sites every week. I am telling you, they are worth it if you focus on the deals that you are interested in and ignore the ones that you don't interest you
Just make sure you don't go over your budget buying these things :)
I know! I keep a close eye ;)
