For online purchases, worth taking the time to look for a discount code, even for day trips, outings. I often use vouchers for eg ribena, bread etc.Makes a saving over the year if they are things you use anyway.

thanks for choosing mine as the best answer

I don't tend to. I will usually look online for a 'free delivery' voucher when shopping for groceries online, and I look for discount vouchers when ordering takeaways, but I tend not to hunt for vouchers otherwise, and probably save no more than £30-40 a year, maximum.

Yes i do i looke every day for offers and i do very well from it also ie there was £5.00 of £40.00 in the sun on friday looks like more to come

by smartcar, 1 year ago

Is the Sun a good source of coupons/vouchers? I did get Morrisons vouchers from it a while ago but that is all. I get some from hotukdeals, they often have freebies vouchers.

by ladyjune, 1 year ago

yes the sun does lots of these look on captian cash on the suns web site loads of offers there

you are welcome

Yes. I find M & S shopping vouchers as the most enjoyable.

by creativesaver, 1 year ago

Any voucher that gives you money off M&S food is definitely a good one =)

by ryancarte, 1 year ago

Can you tell I love M & S?? =). Find it expensive so only buy from there when I feel my budget can stretch to it, but apart from that I sadly can't use it. However, if I find vouchers, I'll make the effort to go in there.

by ryancarte, 1 year ago

Are you talking about extra points for certain spends or actual money off vouchers? I would like to know where to get the vouchers please.

by magzi, 1 year ago

Sorry! I meant where do I find M&S Vouchers?

by magzi, 1 year ago

No not actively - but when out shopping, I do always keep an eye for good bargains and good offers in store. But whenever I do come across shopping vouchers which would save me money, I of course snap them up!

by ryancarte, 1 year ago

Not on the whole I don't especially when it comes to the vouchers given out by Sainsbury's as they usually want me to spend over a certain amount to earn double or triple nectar points and I would not do this just to earn the extra points and a lot of the companies they work in partnership with are way overpriced to begin with, such as Hertz, Expedia etc. There are loads of others and I just put those in the bin. However, When Lidl do their offer every now and again to save £5 on a £30 shop then I always take advantage as this is where I do the bulk of my shopping.

by frenchwoodgirl, 1 year ago

What sort of shopping vouchers are you referring to, any voucher in general or supermarkets vouchers? I use loads of vouchers for different areas, but I don't have to so much look for them as I am signed up a few useful newsletters in which I get updated of this type of deals.

The best thing you can do is to sign up to the companies' newsletters where you normally shop from and you will be the first to know of their offers and discounts.

I was thinking of coupons offering money off a product, such as in newspapers/magazines and online.

by ladyjune, 1 year ago

Oh right, I am more aware this type of thing for online purchases, but yes, you can get some vouchers for money off products in supermarkets (in food magazines). I also have got some vouchers in newspapers, I got 3 £5 off vouchers for Body Shop with no minimum spend with a newspaper this year.

im saving the argos voucher i won from here for xmas :) im also saving my tesco clubcard vouchers for then as well! i have a young scot card and a student card which can save you a fortune! seriously if you have children/younger friends realitives, kidnap them for xmas shopping! you can save 10-15% more often than not! :)

by katkity, 1 year ago

Yeah I would second that my daughter can discount at dorothy perkins, rymans, etc

by lakes, 1 year ago

exactly its really really worth it! especially around xmas! :)

by katkity, 1 year ago

I don't actively seek out vouchers although I may start to do so having seen some online recommendations on this site. I would certainly use a voucher from a newspaper or magazine for a product that I buy, but doubt if a voucher would make me change my choice of product.

by Sidesalad, 1 year ago

I always try and make use of online vouchers and codes. Sometimes I get sent them and other times I'll have a quick look to see if any are available for the item I'm purchasing. If you can then why not!!

by MarkX, 1 year ago

Oh yes all the time, i save a fair bit of money, im always printing off/looking for vouchers to use. It takes a bit of tim trawlng through sites etc, but i love it!

by Hayley, 1 year ago

I don't actively seek out vouchers but if I find one I can use I will. However, I do actively look for bogoff and money off deals in the shops when I am shopping.

by roseangel, 1 year ago

I get sent quite a few vouchers through emails, but i only use them if i would be buying the item anyway. I never buy something just to use a voucher. I give away any i know i won't use to friends.

by fruitcake, 1 year ago

I use vouchers that tesco send me on my shopping. I do online shopping, so dont use too many unless I go into the shop. If I am shopping instore, I will use any vouchers that I have to try and save money.

by alpha, 1 year ago

I will always check online for any codes to go with an online purchase, can often find free delivery codes etc. and i never go out to a meal without my 2 for 1 or similar voucher.

by cffalco, 1 year ago

If I come across a coupon I will clip it and use if its for a product I use other than that no.

by Noddy1, 1 year ago

Sometimes. If I know I am going to a particular store, it is worth seeing if there is a money off voucher (usually %10 or %15). I should be more active about it, particularly for smaller value items, as 'every little counts' and all that, but I am quite haphazard.
