would you change to save cash? which one do you think is cheapest/best value?
Yes definitely and already buy the cheapest I can! A real expense that I begrudge paying any more money than I have to!!
Don't need to girls! (smile)
hey me niether, thank god this is one thing that does not take any of my money
Well..... there is an alternative!! But the 'mooncup' I suggested sadly didn't impress you ladies - though the guys thought it was a great idea. If you haven't checked back to the mooncup question please do so as the answer I chose as best may reassure some of you and could solve the problem of endless expense every month. I ordered one, it has arrived today and I have to say I am impressed and delighted.
haha not for me :) i think answered that question actually but i will have to check it out and see the new answer!
No, it definitely wasn't something I was interested in when I checked it at the back of your question. The answer that you chose as best may enlighten me, will check it out too :)
I don't buy the cheaper brand but always buy the more expensive one when it is on a good offer, so it works out about the same pretty much.
I hadn't really seen the tampons as a more cost-effective option actually, so I use one or the other depending on other things but not cost.
I do the same as palandraca. I buy on special offer. I find the cheaper ones are not as good. They dont last as long, sometimes leak and are not as easy to put in.

i know! it seems completely unfair, at least its changed from when VAT was introduced (sanitary products were charged VAT where as mens razors were regarded as essential and didnt get charged VAT!!)
Really? That's pretty shocking!
So at least then the next vat rise won't affect them.
i thought there was still VAT on tampons, but at the reduced rate of 5%.
fruitcake: your probably right! :) as long as mens razors arent vat free! that would be adding insult to injury!
